I pushed new service release. No new features, only fixes and improvements.

- multithreaded upresFluid node on Windows. It will saturate up to 8 cores.
- better multithreaded upresFluid node on OSX when using the "full" methods
- bmesh now ignores all DAG nodes except joints, in some situations this led to isolated balls to appear when transform nodes are located under the root one
- fixed bug in slidersManager that interrupted loading of save files when specific situation occurs
- meshToMap node now accessible from the shelf menu
- arrayBlend in/out attributes are back

There were and other minor fixes based on requests here on the forums or in private. I didn't keep consistent list of everything fixed. If your problem is not listed here check if it is actually fixed and report back if not.

Up to 8 cores for upresFluid. that's great for my 24 core Opteron workstation.

I get max 25% CPU usage on my quad Opteron 8439 System. which has no hyperthreading.

On my humble quad core it spikes to 100% usage and stays over 50% for the most part unlike the older version where it was flat 25% throughout.

@noize - that's the expected behavior.
@SGIFreak - do you observe something similar ?
