it is procedural.
Change the number of scattered points and see how the result updates automatically.

Can I ask one question:when I open the installation folder,I find a folder called "viewTemplates",  what's the purpose of these files with the name "xxxxx.xml"?and how to use them?Thank you!!!

Not really. Check the example scenes.
I plan some major upgrades on triangulation, tetrahedralizations and voronoi diagrams soon ...

Hello Peter,

Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't get the tetrahedralize node to work in Maya 2016. If I set the mode to reconstruct, Maya just crashes... Is there a setting in the reconstruct options I could change before changing the mode? thank you!

edit - I see you did mention a bug in another thread, should we just use the old builds for now? thanks!

Recently similar issue occurred with another person.
It turned out he didn't have the latest SOuP version.
Also, he tried some of the example scenes and again - he needed the latest scenes archive.
Can you clarify you are running the latest ?

Hi Peter, Yes - to clarify I am using the latest build - SOuP_2016_09_17 with Maya 2016.
and it crashes for me as I change the mode to reconstruct. The other modes work though

Just tried this on a polySphere, maya2016, windows 7.
Works fine.
Is it crashing every time, regardless the geometry ?

Hi, yeah it crashes every time , even a cube causes it to crash. With the previous version of Soup, it also crashed sometimes, but then adding something like a polySmooth before the tetrahedralize to the geometry caused it to work fine. Where can I grab an older version of Soup for maya 2016? Thanks Peter.
