Maya2016 relies on the legacy PySide framework, but Maya 2018 has PySide2 integrated.
So, if you are getting the same message in Maya2018 this means that your Maya installation is potentially broken.
Can you confirm which version of the plugins you are using (data stamp) ?
Also, which operating system ?
Thank you.

Hi
I downloaded it yesterday :SOuP_2018_07_28
Im Working on Win 10 with all updates installed.

Maya 2016 and 2018 is fresh installed (its a new Workstation)

And maybe another thing I installed the license Server and its running, but where exactly do I connect the workstation to the Server?

Thank you very much for your help

Best regards
Thorsten

There is a readme.txt file included in the archive. It contains installation instructions. Please check it out.
The SOuP shelf has been deprecated in favor of more integrated drop down menu on the main Maya menu bar.

I cannot think of any reason why this is happening.
We have a lot of customers out there who use this exact setup without any problems.

Can you provide a screenshot of the errors with the Maya about window that lists the exact version, etc.

Thanks.
